Kardamena Beach on the Island of Kos

The beach of Kardamena is located on the west coast of the island of Kos, in front of the village with the same name. It starts in front of the port and stretches for about five km. It is a fine white sand beach with crystalline emerald waters.

Kardamena's beautiful sandy beach is the longest beach on the island, being easy to please all preference. Combined with the lovely weather, it is ideal for sunbathing and fishing, for snorkeling, scuba diving and other water sports.

The nightlife is one of the things for which Kardamena is well known. Even if you are young and single looking for a party every night, or you are in vacation with your family seeking for a relaxed and chilled atmosphere, Kardamena is the right choice. You have at your disposal dozens of bars, pubs, cafes, and nightclubs to choose from, playing music from the 60's till the latest hits, offering exotic cocktails, lethal shooters and cold draught beers. Most nightclubs in Kos don't charge for entrance and the closing time during the weekdays is 4 am and 6 am for the weekends.
